Local singer/songwriter Joey Marlow will be performing again this year. His fans – fondly known as “crybabies” – are sure to be in attendance to hear his deeply soulful rock originals and classic covers by Elton John, Journey, Stone Temple Pilots, and more. Also making return appearances are Brotha Newz (hip-hop/rap) and Holiday Drive (rock covers).
Classic rock band HiveMind (metal, pop and jazz) is the sole newcomer to year two of the music festival. Covering a diverse cross-section of artists like Alice in Chains, Metallica, Backstreet Boys and One Direction, band member Kameron Hergins said HiveMind enjoys creating a unique sound by “taking classic songs such as ‘Take Me to Church’ and making a rock/metal version.”
